You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Fotherby Parish Council on Monday 4 April 2022 at 7pm in St Marys Church.
A short discussion period (maximum 10 minutes) will take place prior to the order of business in order that District and/or County Councilors together with Parishioners may use the discussion time as an Open Forum.

5. Clerks update – To cover any items brought to the attention of the Clerk or any other Councilor. This will be emailed but have a very limited timescale in the meeting.

To agree cheques for payment
To note monthly financial reports.
To approve any other expenditure supported by a successful Proposal
Grant for Jubilee Celebrations
To note end of Year carry forward.
8. To appoint a trustee to Fotherby Almshouses.
9. Flooding in Peppin Lane and Allenby Crescent.
10. Litter strategy.
11. Parking at the Bus Stop at Fotherby Care Home
