FOTHERBY PARISH COUNCIL
Dear Sir/Madam
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Fotherby Parish Council on Tuesday 4 January 2022 at 7pm in St Marys Church. Due to the Covid situation, the Parish Council want to meet for an extremely short time (10-12 minutes)
A very short discussion period (maximum 2 minutes) will take place prior to the order of business in order that District and/or County Councilors together with Parishioners may use the discussion time as an Open Forum. This is due to the Parish Council deciding to vastly reduce the meeting time in view of the COVID variant. However if there are restrictions on the number of people allowed to gather we not be able to allow members of the public.

3. Declarations of interest – To be stated in any Proposition
4. Approval of Minutes of 6.12.21.
5. Clerks update – To cover any items brought to the attention of the Clerk or any other Councilor. This will be emailed but have a very limited timescale in the meeting.

To agree cheques for payment
To note monthly financial reports.
To approve any other expenditure supported by a successful Proposal
7. To approve the budget for 2022/23
