You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Fotherby Parish Council on Monday 7 October 2024 at 7.30 pm in St Mary's Church.
A discussion period will take place prior to the order of business in order that District and/or County Councilors together with Parishioners may use the discussion time as an Open Forum.

Suspend the meeting to allow a period of public participation/forum (if applicable) and resume the parish council meeting after the public participation/forum.

1. Apologies with reasons for absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Co-Option of Councillor.
To agree to co-opt Neil Tomlin as a Councillor.
3. Declarations of Interests
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. Approval of Minutes of 2.9.24.
5. Clerks update – items brought to the attention of the Clerk or any other Councilor.
6. Matters Arising from Action Plan/Minutes.

To agree cheques for payment
To approve any other expenditure supported by a successful proposal.
