Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council held on Monday, 15th November 2018 at St Mary’s Church
Present: Councillors Pridgeon, Cotterill, A Thompson, L Thompson, Odlin, Lane and Cllr Tony Bridges (LCC)
No Parishioners were present.
Introduction: Cllr Pridgeon welcomed everyone to the meeting. Agenda order changed by Chair.
1. Apologies
There were no apologies received.
2. Policies and Procedures
Further to email distribution of three policy and procedural documents to Councillors for their attention, a resolution was passed to agree and adopt the following:
Model Publication Scheme – prepared November 2018
Complaints Procedure – prepared November 2018
Policy on Handling Freedom of Information Requests – prepared November 2018
Action – Clerk to update the Website accordingly.
3. Confidential Matters
3.1 Resolution to exclude Members of the Public due to discussion of confidential matters
A resolution was passed unanimously by Councillors to exclude members of the public due to the confidential nature of the matters to be discussed.
3.2 Emails Received
Confidential emails were presented and discussed. It was agreed to seek further advice from LALC and ELDC.
4. Planning
4.1 Planning Application Condition
Notice of condition on application – for information.
4.2 Planning Department Query
A query had been received from Planning concerning the owner of land in Fotherby. Following discussion it was agreed that the Clerk respond to the email with information provided.
