You are hereby summoned to attend the ANNUAL meeting of Fotherby Parish Council on Monday 1 June 2026 at 7.30 pm in St Mary's Church.
A discussion period will take place prior to the order of business in order that District and/or County Councilors together with Parishioners may use the discussion time as an Open Forum.

BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED
Suspend the meeting to allow a period of public participation/forum (if applicable) and resume the parish council meeting after the public participation/forum.
1. Apologies with reasons for absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of Interests
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. Approval of Minutes of 11.5.26.
4. Clerks update – To cover any items brought to the attention of the Clerk or any other Councilor.
5. Matters Arising from Action Plan/Minutes.
6. Finance
To agree cheques for payment
To approve any other expenditure supported by a successful proposal.

Update on Flood documentation, distribution and publication on FPC website
